Quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra is a chance to unwind and relax the muscles of the body while guiding the mind to a serene and peaceful half-waking, half-resting state. Anyone can do Yoga Nidra so this meditation is open to all levels! Simply lie down on the mat and let yourself be guided by our expert teachers. Dress for comfort, BYO blanket for extra warmth (optional) and a yoga mat to add extra comfort as you will be lying down during the 50 min session. A Plant-based dinner and dessert follows the meditation session, your also invited to stay on for soul feast (Kirtan and a short talk )from 545pm!
