Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep begins with a standing observation becoming aware of our breath and mindset, then lying down as your guided into a grounding body scan. As your body sinks into a deep state of relaxation, we will mentally go through different pranayama breathing techniques, including exploring the seven main chakras (energy points) in the body. Whether you practice meditation every day or you’re looking to get more into it, this class is perfect for you.
