The Overthinking Mind - Finding Peace in Mental Chaos

In a world full of distractions and constant motion, it’s easy to feel disconnected from ourselves. Yoga philosophy invites us to slow down and turn inward, offering powerful insights into the nature of the mind and how we relate to our inner world. This workshop will focus on cultivating presence and awareness through ancient teachings and grounded practices that help us reconnect with what truly matters—bringing calm, focus, and meaning into everyday life.

Breathwork: A Gentle Reset

Breathwork: A Gentle Reset

Thursday Sep 18th 6:15pm

Breathwork: A Gentle Reset

Take a pause from the noise of daily life.

This breathwork journey begins with gentle movement to awaken the body and open the breath. Through slow, mindful stretches, we begin softening tension and grounding into the present.

You’ll then be guided through two styles of breathwork — each offering a unique pathway inward. There’s no pressure or expectation, just the freedom to explore what feels right for you:

A dynamic, connected breath for those who wish to build energy, move emotion, or break through internal blockages
A slow, rhythmic breath for those seeking stillness, calm, and deeper grounding
Both approaches invite a sense of spaciousness — physically, mentally, and emotionally — while supporting nervous system balance and inner clarity.

To gently close the session, we’ll move into a quiet, nurturing meditation to support integration and leave you feeling steady, clear, and connected.

Afterwards, stay and enjoy a nourishing plant-based dinner and dessert, lovingly prepared to complement the experience — because healing is also about how we feed and care for ourselves.

Why Breathwork?

Breathwork has helped so many shift from a state of tension and overwhelm into a place of ease, clarity, and resilience — often after just one session. It’s a simple, powerful practice that reconnects you to your body, your breath, and your inner stillness.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more like yourself again.

Humans: Why & What To Do

Humans: Why & What To Do
Talk by Devamrita Swami + Plant-Based Dinner & Dessert

We’re the most connected generation in history — and somehow the loneliest.
We’ve built more technology than any civilisation before us — and still can’t solve our basic problems.
We talk endlessly about progress — while the planet burns and mental health plummets.

What if the trouble isn’t just what we’re doing… but that we’ve forgotten why we’re doing it?

In this bold, no-fluff talk, Devamrita Swami — a world-traveling monk, strategist, and social critic — unpacks the mess we’re in and asks the questions most of us avoid: Why are we here? And what should we actually be doing about it?

Afterwards, stick around for a plant-based dinner and dessert — fresh, colourful, and made to share. Grab a plate, grab a seat, and dive into real conversations with people who are curious, open-minded, and up for something different.
